Installation
Quick fitting and easy removable from the aircraft Bomb rack.

Operation
Ease of operation is one of the special features of this system. To produce smoke the pilot presses the smoke button switch and the smoke starts immediately; the smoke stops upon the release of the switch. The smoke can be turned on and off as many times as desired till the 10 minute quantity of smoke oil is exhausted.

Servicing
Servicing the SCSG5-A between operations requires only the addition of 1/2 gallon of gasoline and 10 gallons of oil to obtain another 10 minutes of smoke operation.

Speed of Operation
The smoke system has been successfully operated from 65 knots to 0.95 mach

Altitudes
The smoke system has been operated from sea level to over 30,000 ft.  If starting the smoke higher than 15,000 ft. is desired, some special modifications are required to the stock unit.
