Hawker Sea Fury T.20 "Dreadnought" move from Reno to Ione

Below are pictures moving Sea Fury "Dreadnought" from Reno, NV to Ione, CA after the 2008 National Championship Air Races.

Dreadnought was loaded onto the trailer in 3.0 hours on October 1 and transported to Ione by Les Chapman Transport, arriving the same day at 1600. Unloading started at 0700 on October 2 and Dreadnought was back on its landing gear within one hour. It was then washed, pushed back into the hanger and the wings attached, all without a single scratch to the airplane.
